Data Deletion Request

When you connect your Facebook account to XE Social, we store your Facebook user ID, name, profile picture, page access tokens, and associated Facebook Page information solely to enable posting and scheduling content on your behalf.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can remove all your data from our platform in either of the following ways:

  1. From within the app: Go to Integrations → Facebook → Remove Account. This immediately disconnects your Facebook account and deletes all associated tokens and page data from our servers.
  2. By email: Send a deletion request to support@xenonlabs.ai with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What We Delete

  • Facebook user ID and profile information
  • Facebook Page access tokens
  • Associated page metadata (page names, IDs)
  • Any scheduled or published post records linked to your Facebook account
